About This Role
- Define and execute test strategies including manual and automated tests for UI, REST/GraphQL APIs, database, and end-to-end workflows to ensure product quality and performance.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize test automation frameworks using Python, Playwright, pytest, and Robot Framework, integrating automated tests within CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality risks, validate data flows, investigate defects, and support AI/LLM-enabled feature testing where applicable.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering discipline or equivalent.
- Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience in SDET or QA automation including test framework development or maintenance.
- Proficient in Python programming and scripting; experience with Playwright, pytest/Robot Framework, and SQL-based data validation (MySQL preferred).
- Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines and working in Linux/Unix environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in risk-based and end-to-end testing methodologies with a strong emphasis on automation and test framework development.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools and concepts related to Generative AI, LLMs, and AI/LLM application testing is advantageous.
- Strong analytic and troubleshooting skills suitable for Agile environments, capable of collaborating effectively across development, product, and DevOps teams.
