About This Role
- Design and deliver full-stack AI-enabled product capabilities including frontend, backend, APIs, services, and data pipelines with minimal supervision.
- Own the full software development lifecycle of digital banking products from conception through release and maintenance.
- Provide technical leadership by mentoring peers, reviewing code, and enhancing AI-native engineering practices and architecture.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–7+ years professional experience developing complex, high-traffic software products.
- Proficient in backend technologies: Java, Spring JPA/Hibernate, Maven, Microservices, and Cloud platforms.
- Strong frontend skills: Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, and experience with modern build systems like Webpack and Jenkins.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in full-stack software engineering with a strong focus on AI-enabled systems and architectural excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives including system design, reducing technical debt, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
- Background or strong interest in Fintech or Banking domains preferred.
