About This Role
- Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing user stories, defects, and technical improvements based on business value and stakeholder input.
- Translate business requirements and product vision into detailed, clear user stories with testable acceptance criteria to support development and QA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the Agile software development lifecycle, supporting delivery, validation, release readiness, and product adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or similar data-driven role in software/technology domain.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, or R) and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and Agile methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in translating complex business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria within Agile frameworks.
- Skilled at maintaining backlog visibility and alignment across multidisciplinary teams including Developers, QA, UX Designers, and Architects.
- Comfortable working fully remotely and independently while collaborating in a fast-paced technology environment.
