About This Role
- Own and maintain the Voice Services platform strategy, roadmap, backlog, and enhancement priorities to optimize telecommunications workflows.
- Define, prioritize, and translate complex platform requirements into functional specifications and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives including product, engineering, operations, and service delivery to ensure alignment, delivery, and business readiness for platform enhancements.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles within telecommunications.
- Minimum 5 years of specialized experience in ILEC Connectivity Management and Local Services support.
- Extensive knowledge of Local Service Request processing and related services such as Number Portability, Directory Listings, and E911 fulfillment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Telecommunications, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in owning complex product strategies and roadmaps within matrixed organizations and leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business and technical challenges, with ability to present strategic insights and risks to senior leadership.
- Hands-on familiarity with Agile methodologies and balancing strategic planning with tactical execution in fast-paced environments.
