About This Role
- Drive business development and secure design wins at select target clients using consultative selling and Microchip’s Client Engagement Process.
- Build and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders, including executive and working level contacts, to achieve consensus for Microchip’s solutions.
- Collaborate within a global team and communicate client feedback and ROI to Microchip product divisions to support strategic sales initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or E&C Engineering with a strong academic record; Business management degree is desirable but not mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the semiconductor field preferred.
- Ability to travel within and outside India; valid passport required.
- Experience working with global accounts and collaborating with multi-geography teams.
