About This Role
- Oversee full mall operations including property management, tenant coordination, customer services, and contract services (facility management, housekeeping, security, maintenance).
- Ensure 100% operational excellence with seamless day-to-day operations, tenant satisfaction, and customer-friendly environment.
- Manage P&L aspects such as rent collection, CAM budgeting, utility billing, vendor management, and performance tracking with emphasis on shopper and retailer insights.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Marine Engineering/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- 10-15 years experience in Mall Operations, Hotel Operations, Property Management, or related facility industry.
- Prior senior experience (AGM/GM level) preferred.
- On-site work location in Ludhiana, Punjab.

- Experienced in managing complex retail/mall environments with strong operational and financial accountability.
- Skilled in tenant and vendor management with proven ability to drive leasing, customer satisfaction, and operational KPIs.
- Comfortable working in structured, large-scale real estate or facility management organizations with a focus on compliance and safety.
