About This Role
- Lead and manage the client-dedicated finance team in Gurugram, overseeing comprehensive P&L and balance sheet analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue trend monitoring.
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic business planning and scope change management, preparing executive reports for leadership.
- Drive financial reporting accuracy, compliance with GAAP and client agreements, while implementing systems and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics plus professional accounting designation (CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent).
- 15+ years of progressive finance management experience including international team leadership and client relationship management in complex service environments.
- Advanced skills in financial analysis, reporting systems, Microsoft Office (Excel modeling and PowerPoint), and strong knowledge of internal controls.
- Location: On-site in Gurugram.
