About This Role
- Manage end-to-end execution and maintenance of tenders and contracts for Key Customer accounts, ensuring adherence to SLAs and contract filing accuracy.
- Review and implement commercial agreements accurately across systems, handling complex pricing structures and customer-specific exceptions.
- Drive contract and invoice quality through proactive checks, root cause analysis, preventive actions, and collaborate with multiple teams to resolve implementation issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in Tender/Contract Management, Pricing, Logistics, Customer Experience, or Supply Chain.
- Strong knowledge of ocean/logistics products, pricing, and commercial contracts.
- Advanced MS Excel skills; familiarity with SAP, CRM, Salesforce, COPO, AFLS, or similar systems preferred.

- Experienced in independently managing complex Key Customer accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills demonstrated through collaboration with Sales, Pricing, Product, Customer Experience, and regional teams.
- Ability to lead process improvements, conduct knowledge sharing, and coach team members in contract management.
