About This Role
- Investigate and eliminate fraudulent user-generated content using proprietary tracking and case management tools.
- Analyze data trends to identify spam behaviors and review manipulation tactics.
- Meet performance targets for speed and quality to maintain smooth global fraud detection operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international qualification.
- 2–3 years of experience in fraud detection, risk analysis, trust & safety operations, risk investigation, or financial crimes.
- Immediate availability to start on 2nd February 2027 (mandatory joining date).
- Willingness to work in Bengaluru office 3 days a week (hybrid schedule) with some flexibility for shifted hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in hands-on fraud detection and pattern recognition within a digital or online environment.
- Comfortable making decisive judgments in ambiguous cases involving potential fraud.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency using web applications and professional communication skills in English.
