About This Role
- Manage and develop engineering teams building high-quality, modern technology capabilities aligned with Banking Platform Architecture and security standards.
- Lead technical strategy, modernization (cloud readiness, application modernization, data strategy), and oversee engineering execution including SDLC governance and risk management.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to influence technology priorities, remove impediments, and drive agile and DevOps practices for predictable delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience and 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Experience with Java/J2EE, Spring ecosystem, messaging systems (Kafka/JMS), and workflow tools required.
- Proven cloud-native application development experience using Java or similar technologies.
- Practical experience in AI and Generative AI tools used to enhance productivity or engineering workflows.
