About This Role
- Develop, configure, and maintain complex Yardi Voyager reports, workflows, and KPIs covering Investment Management, Residential, Construction, Job Cost, and Commercial Property Management modules.
- Administer and ensure integrity and performance of Yardi databases including troubleshooting system issues and supporting new module implementations.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to manage automated data integrations and develop programmatic solutions for end users.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT/Computer Science or MBA with IT focus.
- Experience required in Real Assets Investment Management and Accounting.
- Strong hands-on experience with Yardi Spreadsheet Reporting (YSR) development is mandatory.
- Knowledge and experience with Yardi Voyager platform modules and configuring IM KPIs, Fee Allocation, Income and GL Allocation Rules.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end Yardi Voyager system configuration and reporting specifically within Investment Management and related modules.
- Capable of independently developing complex technical solutions and managing data integrity in a large-scale fund administration environment.
- Able to work with third-party vendors on automated data exchanges and adept at troubleshooting technical and system configuration issues.
