About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable enterprise-grade Java applications and microservices.
- Lead architecture and implementation of microservices-based solutions and maintain RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance coding efficiency and product quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on Java application development experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, MVC, Security), RESTful API development, microservices architecture, Hibernate/JPA, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude AI.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading technical architecture and implementation for scalable enterprise Java applications.
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum development processes and cross-team collaboration involving solution architects, QA, and DevOps.
- Has strong engineering fundamentals including design patterns, debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving.
