About This Role
- Lead full-stack development and own end-to-end features using C#/.NET, React, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Mentor mid-level engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews within an Agile team environment.
- Stabilize production systems including L1 and L3 support workflows and integrate generative AI capabilities for automation and enhanced user experience.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years professional software engineering experience, preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on skills in C# (.NET Core/.NET), PostgreSQL, React, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience troubleshooting live production issues and working with production support (L1/L3).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader capable of guiding engineers and owning feature delivery end-to-end in a full-stack environment.
- Proficient in cloud-native application development and production system stabilization, especially on Google Cloud.
- Familiar with modern microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and integrating AI/ML capabilities.
