About This Role
- Lead design and delivery of multi-agent systems on the Agora Orchestrator platform including architecting agent orchestration and authoring MCP servers.
- Design and implement RAG systems with retrieval strategy, reranking, hybrid search, and evaluation; build and maintain agent evaluation and observability tools.
- Deploy and operate agents on Azure Foundry Agent Service and Azure Functions; establish engineering standards and mentor junior engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years software development experience in Python with expertise in async, typing, packaging, and performance.
- 2+ years experience building production LLM or agentic AI systems involving multi-agent orchestration and agentic patterns.
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, FastAPI, Azure Foundry Agent Service, Azure Functions, and AI agent orchestration patterns.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record leading technical design and mentoring engineers in agentic AI or LLM-based system environments.
- Strong expertise in multi-agent orchestration frameworks and implementing robust RAG architectures and observability stacks.
- Experience working with multi-tenant SaaS platforms, identity management (Okta, OAuth2, JWT), and deploying AI services on Azure cloud infrastructure.
