About This Role
- Lead test planning, execution, and automation for Lending Service Layer APIs supporting mortgage and consumer loan products.
- Develop and maintain functional and regression test suites using tools like HP ALM, ensuring high test coverage and quality for software releases.
- Analyze test failures, report defects, and collaborate with development teams to maintain product quality and support issue resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of functional testing experience, preferably in financial industry IT support.
- Proficient with testing tools: HP ALM, JIRA, SQL, Unix/Linux environments, and basic shell scripting.
- Strong knowledge of software testing life cycle, automation testing methodologies, and experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, Bitbucket).
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5-8 years as QA Engineer within IT support; financial industry experience preferred.
