About This Role
- Own end-to-end technical architecture across frontend, backend, and infrastructure focusing on scalability, performance, and cost.
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-20 engineers managing multiple projects to ensure timely, quality delivery.
- Drive AI-native engineering practices by integrating AI tooling into the software development lifecycle and product enhancements.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack proficiency (React.js, Node.js, backend services, databases, cloud infra).
- Proven experience leading teams of 10-20 engineers and managing multiple concurrent projects without missing deadlines.
- Expertise in modern web frameworks, microservices, event-driven systems, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tooling and integration across SDLC.

- Experienced in architecting and delivering large-scale, high-traffic consumer systems with strong prioritization aligned to business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical roadmaps and stakeholder communication effectively.
