About This Role
- Drive strategic financial planning, annual budgeting, and monthly estimates for brand(s) to maximize affiliate performance through productivity, COGS, and category mix analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, demand planning, and supply chain teams to validate sales assumptions, reconcile forecasts, and analyze inventory levels at trade and regional hubs.
- Lead financial consolidation, compliance, and communication between regional brand, SVIP Finance, APAC office, and affiliate management, including managing strategic projects like cost-saving initiatives and alignment of regional financial discipline.
Minimum Requirements
- University Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum 10 years of finance experience, preferably in sales affiliate or retail industry.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and knowledge of Corporate Performance Management (CPM) systems such as Oracle or OneStream.
- Preferably CPA or CIMA certification; strong Microsoft Excel skills required.

- Proven experience as a finance business partner to senior management with strong business acumen and leadership abilities.
- Ability to operate independently and effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous, and dynamic business environments.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with sales, marketing, demand planning, and supply chain teams; experienced in annual budgeting and financial controls.
