About This Role
- Manage day-to-day financial operations including ledger and account reconciliations, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance and timely filing for GST, TDS, and FEMA related activities including foreign payment settlements and regulatory documentation.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate financial reports and maintaining proper documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in finance, accounting, payroll management, and statutory compliance.
- Practical experience in GST and TDS compliance including return filing and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally or QuickBooks and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling cross-border foreign payment settlements and FEMA compliance documentation.
- Comfortable working in SaaS, IT, or service-based organization environments (preferred but not mandatory).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, capable of independently managing multiple finance functions and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
