About This Role
- Manage overall finance and accounting operations, including monthly and annual financial closures, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
- Oversee treasury functions such as cash flow management, fund planning, and management of banking limits.
- Ensure taxation compliance (direct and indirect), coordinate audits and internal controls, and monitor manufacturing finance including product costing and cost control.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Accounts Finance.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing organization is essential/preferred.
- Experience in renewable energy or solar manufacturing is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in comprehensive financial management including treasury, taxation, compliance, and manufacturing finance within a manufacturing environment.
- Capable of handling audit coordination and implementation of internal financial controls.
- Strong understanding of product costing, cost control, inventory valuation, and working capital management in the manufacturing sector.
