About This Role
- Lead enterprise-scale identity transformation projects including stakeholder and persona impact analyses.
- Design and implement communication, training, and adoption strategies ensuring successful migration to Microsoft Entra ID and Okta.
- Manage project risks, governance, knowledge transfer, and user readiness reporting through all migration phases including hypercare.
Minimum Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of experience including leadership of enterprise technology change management projects.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Okta migration projects.
- Proficiency in MS Project Plan for scheduling and tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise IAM and global technology transformation environments with complex stakeholder engagement.
- Skilled in applying formal change management frameworks and IT service management processes.
- Certified in PMP, SAFe, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) with practical knowledge of Agile and cybersecurity operational readiness.
