About This Role
- Lead and deliver moderately complex technical initiatives and projects within the Open Link Endur domain.
- Design, develop, test, and debug software components while resolving technical challenges for client needs and upgrades.
- Lead a team of developers, collaborate with Middle and Front Office teams, and ensure timely project delivery with multiple stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent through work, training, military, or education.
- 3+ years of experience specifically in Open Link Endur.
- Mandatory skills: Open JVS, Java, and Open Components.
- Location requirement: Must be willing to work onsite in Bangalore or Hyderabad per organization’s Return to Office policy.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced at leading moderately complex software projects in financial technology environments.
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on development experience in Open Link Endur workflows and components.
- Capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders including Middle and Front Office teams, and guiding junior developers.
