About This Role
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of internal and external events including congresses, advisory boards, and virtual engagements.
- Manage operational activities related to Scientific External Experts (SEE) and Health Care Organizations (HCO) including contracting, approvals, invoicing, and compliance reporting.
- Provide vendor management, budget tracking, post-event reporting, and act as subject-matter expert on event technology platforms like Veeva Vault CRM, SpotMe, and Cvent.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in event planning, contracting, or operational support, preferably in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated industries.
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related disciplines.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; hands-on experience with event/contracting platform tools such as Veeva Vault CRM, Cvent, or SpotMe strongly preferred.
