About This Role
- Lead development and management of IT Service Management (ITSM) reporting, analytics, and KPI dashboards to drive operational improvements.
- Build and lead Operational Control Center (OCC) model supporting SAP, MfgPro, QAD, Mainframe platforms with focus on automation and AI to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Provide program leadership including transitions tracking, budgeting, vendor management, and present strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
Minimum Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- 15+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in people management and IT Operations Analytics, Service Reporting or Business Intelligence roles.
- Experience supporting global IT operations and service delivery with strong knowledge of operation control center best practices.
- Location: Based in Bangalore with mandatory 5-days onsite work, shift timing 01:00-10:00 PM IST. Travel: 25%. Visa sponsorship and relocation not available.
