About This Role
- Design and deliver front-end and back-end software using C#, .NET, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and AI-powered development tools to impact legal technology products.
- Collaborate within a Scrum team from requirements to delivery, maintaining quality and speed, and support Tier 3 developer escalations and mentoring.
- Own end-to-end software quality including defect resolution, documentation, and contribute to coding standards and security practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Multiple years of commercial software development experience.
- Strong hands-on skills in C# and .NET with experience building Microsoft technology-based front-end and back-end solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AI-powered development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).
- Ability to work hybrid in Ahmedabad, India with expectation to be in office at least 3 days a week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in commercial software development with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft tech stack and Dynamics 365 environments.
- Capable of working collaboratively in Agile/Scrum teams and independently resolving Tier 3 escalations and mentoring peers.
- Adopts an AI-first mindset in software engineering and actively contributes to improving coding standards and engineering practices.
