About This Role
- Manage end-to-end assignment processes (LTX/NCX/STX/STA) ensuring high service quality and SLA compliance including contract letter preparation, remuneration setup, and training support.
- Oversee immigration, tax, compliance, and relocation activities to ensure full adherence to policies and accurate documentation for global assignments.
- Handle compensation, expense reimbursement, assignment extensions, and stakeholder coordination including visa/work permit management and partnership with HR, Finance, and vendors.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-15 years of relevant work experience in Global Mobility operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Strong knowledge and experience in India Inbound and Outbound Global Mobility processes including immigration, tax, social security, and compliance management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex global mobility assignments with end-to-end operational ownership and SLA adherence.
- Familiarity with multinational corporate environments requiring coordination across HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of immigration, tax, social security regulations, and relocation services specifically for India inbound and outbound assignments.
