About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and data warehouses for business intelligence reporting.
- Configure and automate ETL jobs involving data integration, consolidation, aggregation, validation, and quality routines.
- Monitor ETL processes for errors and performance; troubleshoot issues and optimize data delivery and quality.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years of practical experience in Data Engineering with ETL tools and data modeling.
- Proficiency with Python, Apache Kafka, AWS Redshift, AWS Glue, AWS S3, and Pentaho Data Integration.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent 4-8 years experience.
- Work location: Remote within any TaskUs India site; Shift: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST (subject to change).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working with cloud-based analytics solutions such as AWS or GCP, including MPP databases like Redshift, Snowflake, Teradata.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to define requirements and optimize BI platforms.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with strong structured thinking and effective communication skills.
