About This Role
- Execute and oversee daily accounting and reconciliation activities across investment portfolios ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Manage reconciliation breaks and exceptions within defined SLAs, driving permanent resolutions and liaising with custodians and internal teams.
- Support IBOR accounting and TMV validation processes while ensuring compliance with operational risk and control procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certifications (CA/CFA/CPA) considered a plus.
- 3 to 10 years of experience in middle office, fund accounting, or reconciliation roles.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments including equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
- Experience with reconciliation tools and accounting systems (e.g., TLM, DUCO, IntelliMatch); exposure to automation tools preferred.

- Experienced in managing multi-asset class reconciliations with operational rigor and ability to handle exceptions and risks in a middle office environment.
- Capable of driving process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
