About This Role
- Lead end-to-end management of complex data discovery, enrichment, and curation projects with autonomous ownership.
- Apply AI/ML techniques and develop taxonomies, ontologies, and knowledge graphs to enhance data assets and support product features.
- Collaborate with product managers and customers to translate data insights into product improvements and drive the data product roadmap.
Minimum Requirements
- MS degree or equivalent in quantitative, information, or research-related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably including academic publishing, research intelligence, or bibliographic data domains.
- Strong skills in data science, AI/ML concepts, data pipeline prototyping, taxonomies/ontology creation, and QA standards.
- Experience managing complex projects using agile or structured methodologies and delivering with minimal oversight.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in combining data science expertise with domain knowledge in research analytics, information science, or knowledge management.
- Able to independently drive projects while coordinating cross-functional teams including product and customer stakeholders.
- Capable of translating complex technical data concepts into actionable business insights for varied audiences.
