About This Role
- Lead design, production, and governance of operational and management reporting for Content Operations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, timeliness, and actionable insights.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation of reporting processes to move from manual outputs to scalable, self-service solutions.
- Own reporting framework and standards, partner with cross-functional teams, and provide leadership to reporting analysts to deliver meaningful business insights.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in reporting, management information, data analytics, or related discipline.
- Proven experience owning complex or business-critical reporting deliverables and developing operational KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting.
- Strong technical skills including advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and data governance principles; knowledge of SQL is advantageous.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in relevant space.
