About This Role
- Deliver accurate monthly global management reporting for assigned entities, ensuring timely submission and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Produce financial analysis and management commentary to support business reviews and leadership decisions.
- Coordinate with shared service centres and external providers to monitor delivery, enhance controls, and support reporting automation and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial reporting, management reporting, or accounting.
- Degree in accounting, finance, commerce, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong knowledge of month-end close processes, financial controls, and proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Role based in India with a hybrid working pattern requiring regular on-site collaboration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working with shared service providers or managing third-party delivery partners.
- Familiarity with internal control frameworks, audit support, intercompany accounting, tax, or supply chain finance processes.
- Skilled in reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL and experienced in finance transformation or ERP migration projects.
