About This Role
- Lead end-to-end design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise-grade Power BI solutions for commercial and omnichannel data analytics.
- Define and promote semantic modelling, performance optimization, engineering standards, and automation to deliver scalable and maintainable Power BI reports and data models.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to developers, manage delivery workflows and security, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into impactful data products.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, or data management, including at least 4 years of hands-on Power BI solution delivery.
- Advanced skills in Power BI Desktop and Service (semantic models, DAX, workspaces, deployment pipelines, refresh strategies, row-level security).
- Strong SQL skills with experience integrating data from relational, cloud, and enterprise sources; plus experience troubleshooting and managing data quality and security in reporting workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multiple concurrent Power BI projects in Agile or Scrum environments with strong technical design and estimation capabilities.
- Familiar with enterprise data governance, security, and controlled data dissemination in regulated industries, preferably pharmaceutical or healthcare.
- Skilled in mentoring and leading technical discussions without direct authority, with ability to translate complex technical data concepts for business stakeholders and improve team delivery standards.
