About This Role
- Manage contract preparation, execution, and compliance for an assigned program portfolio ensuring alignment with organizational and partner requirements.
- Coordinate operational processes including due diligence, invoicing, audit support, and project closeout activities to maintain efficiency and compliance.
- Lead portfolio and systems management functions including project setup, data integrity, reporting, process implementation, and training for compliance adherence.
Minimum Requirements
- Post Graduate degree in Business Administration, Management Studies, Finance, or Social Sciences.
- 8-10 years of demonstrable experience in contract management and operations.
- Experience with financial or operational tools such as Netsuite, SharePoint, and project management skills.
- Must be eligible to work in India; no visa sponsorship provided.

- Experienced in contract and operations management within financial services, consulting, international non-profit, government, or multilateral institutions.
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to apply sound financial judgment to complex issues independently.
- Proficient in managing operations and compliance processes, including interfacing with multiple internal teams and high-level external stakeholders.
