About This Role
- Design and build scalable backend applications, APIs, and agentic AI-powered automation workflows integrating multiple systems using Python and REST APIs.
- Develop and optimize AI and large language model (LLM) integrations for intelligent automation and business process execution in production environments.
- Collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into reliable, scalable technical solutions for the U.S. home services industry.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python and backend development including APIs and system integrations.
- Demonstrated experience developing and deploying AI- or LLM-powered applications, agentic workflows, and automation interacting with external systems.
- Experience with software architecture, REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), databases, and production debugging/testing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to independently manage end-to-end delivery of technical solutions involving AI integrations and scalable backend services.
- Experience working with emerging AI technologies, including LLM orchestration, agentic AI frameworks, and AI-driven automation for business workflows.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional, geographically distributed teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment supporting the U.S. home services market.
