About This Role
- Own the end-to-end testing lifecycle including test scoping, automation design, performance testing, and release readiness for complex, high-risk fintech product features.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and integrate them with CI/CD pipelines to ensure consistent release quality and reduce flaky tests.
- Analyze performance testing results and lead mentoring efforts for QA engineers; provide data-driven recommendations on release approvals and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years in software Quality Assurance or test engineering with strong focus on test automation.
- Fluency in Mandarin mandatory.
- Hands-on automation development experience in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java and practical experience with performance/load testing tools such as k6, JMeter, Locust, or Gatling.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in testing complex, high-volume transactional or financial systems and able to translate complex business logic into effective testing strategies.
- Strong ownership of automation framework architecture and performance testing to proactively identify bottlenecks and ensure system reliability.
- Skilled in collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams and mentoring QA engineers, with familiarity in Agile environments and AI-powered testing tools.
