About This Role
- Lead design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow CSM and Service Portal applications, ensuring scalable and high-quality enterprise solutions.
- Drive integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and cloud connectivity.
- Mentor and coach software engineers, provide technical guidance, maintain documentation, and support production stability.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 4 years experience with ServiceNow implementation covering CSM and Service Portal.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and cloud architectures.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent practical experience.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in ServiceNow specifically across CSM and Service Portal modules.

- Experienced in complex enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations, especially CSM and Service Portal.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with customers, technical teams, and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
