About This Role
- Lead strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across insurance processes within Marsh Risk's Mumbai office.
- Drive change management efforts and oversee the implementation of innovative insurance operations strategies, including team training and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage Cost and Service teams, performance evaluations, and ensure alignment of resources with strategic goals while maintaining relationships with global leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
- 8-10 years of experience in team leadership and people management, preferably in general insurance.
- English proficiency with strong communication and computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access.
- Hybrid work model requiring presence in Mumbai office at least three days a week.
