About This Role
- Own and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical stock checks, stocktakes, and customs reconciliation.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by identifying root causes and coordinating corrections for transfers, adjustments, and returns.
- Oversee daily operations of 3PL inventory team including training, monitoring productivity, managing stock movements, resolving customer claims, and tracking KPIs to ensure timely order dispatch.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics Management.
- Minimum 5 years experience in inventory and warehouse management.
- Proficiency with SAP, warehouse management systems, Power BI, advanced Excel, and MS Office.
- Valid driving licence.

- Experienced in distribution center operations with strong knowledge in stock reconciliation and outbound fulfilment.
