About This Role
- Lead and manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects, overseeing planning, execution, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization.
- Develop and execute project plans using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective governance.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and change management initiatives to support large-scale enterprise transformations.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of professional project management experience, preferably in IT Services.
- Proven experience managing large-scale ERP implementation projects from initiation to completion.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Planview).
- Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, change management, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Experienced in leading multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams within complex ERP and digital transformation projects.
- Operates effectively using diverse project management methodologies and tools to deliver projects aligned with business transformation strategies.
