About This Role
- Own accuracy of employee data lifecycle in Workday, targeting >99% data quality.
- Manage end-to-end global background verification compliance for all personnel.
- Resolve HR service requests via ServiceNow, maintaining strict SLA adherence.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience in People Operations or HR Operations with employee lifecycle exposure.
- Proficiency with Workday Core HCM including EIB execution and ServiceNow (SNOW).
- Experience managing high-volume, global background verification processes and vendor coordination.
- Work shift aligned to PST; collaboration with US-based teams is mandatory.
