About This Role
- Oversee all daily distribution center operations in India, including inbound receiving, storage, replenishment, picking, packing, and dispatch to meet timelines and standards.
- Manage third-party logistics (3PL) partner performance, including workload planning, team coaching, and accountability enforcement.
- Drive inventory accuracy, operational performance improvements, KPI tracking, budget management, and safety compliance within the distribution center.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center operations management.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics Management.
- Experience managing 3PL partners, inventory controls, operational KPIs, and proficiency with SAP, WMS, Power BI, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
