About This Role
- Oversee quality, health, safety, and environmental standards for finished goods warehouse and distribution operations in India.
- Coordinate Value-Added Services (VAS) including product customisation, set assembly, influencer seeding, and digital printing with 3PL partner.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, incident investigations, and follow through on corrective and preventive actions; monitor 3PL performance and implement warehouse training and sustainability initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain and quality management.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics Management mandatory.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, SAP, warehouse management systems (WMS), advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.

- Experienced in managing third-party logistics (3PL) partners and ensuring compliance with statutory quality and environmental standards.
- Capable of independently prioritising tasks with strong analytical skills and timely decision-making under operational pressure.
- Comfortable coordinating across multiple functions including safety, quality assurance, and value-added warehouse services in a fast-paced environment.
