About This Role
- Ensure accurate and timely settlement of cash flows from FX Options and derivative transactions, including pre-settlement validations and affirmation with counterparties.
- Investigate, resolve, and escalate booking discrepancies, failed settlements, and payment exceptions.
- Reconcile Nostro and Suspense accounts, respond to operational queries and SWIFT messages, and liaise with multiple internal teams and external counterparties.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, commerce, economics, or related discipline.
- 0-1 year experience in Financial Markets Operations, Settlements, Treasury Operations, or Investment Banking Operations; fresher candidates with relevant knowledge considered.
- Knowledge of FX Options, Precious Metals Options, OTC derivatives, trade lifecycle processes, and settlements operations; familiarity with SWIFT message types (MT101, MT103, MT199, MT202, MT202 COV, MT299).
- Willingness to work in night shift; position located in Bangalore; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
