About This Role
- Own and manage the full month-end close process for revenue operations including reconciliation, journal entry approval, and balance sheet integrity.
- Drive process improvements and automation for revenue accounting operations ensuring compliance with SOX and internal controls.
- Serve as the primary contact for external auditors on revenue matters, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree or CA/CPA in accounting or finance (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in revenue or operational accounting.
- Experience with revenue-related reconciliations, accruals, and balance sheet management.
- Location requirement: Gurgaon, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing revenue accounting within travel, technology, SaaS, or multinational public companies preferred.
- Proficient in accounting systems like NetSuite, Zuora, or Blackline is a strong plus.
- Demonstrates strong ownership and the ability to independently identify issues, propose and drive solutions in a dynamic environment.
