About This Role
- Manage end-to-end daily order processing ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Track shipments until delivery and coordinate with logistics to resolve delays.
- Handle and resolve customer escalations related to orders and deliveries promptly.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in pharmacy or e-commerce operations (mandatory).
- Any graduate degree required; D.Pharm preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong coordination skills.
- Location: Bangalore, full-time, work from office, 6 days a week.

- Experienced in operational roles within pharmacy or e-commerce sectors with hands-on order processing.
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders including warehouse, logistics, billing, and city operations teams.
- Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and follow-up rigor.
