About This Role
- Lead design and development of enterprise-scale applications using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, APIs, and modern front-end technologies.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, including mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Drive adoption and integration of Generative AI and AI-assisted development tools to improve developer productivity and software quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent (education, military, training).
- Strong hands-on development experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and front-end technologies such as React or Angular.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with AI/GenAI capabilities applied to software engineering or business use cases.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical lead comfortable providing hands-on guidance and mentoring without direct people management responsibility.
- Proficient in modern software engineering practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, containerized deployments, and cloud platforms (GCP or Azure).
- Strong understanding and practical application of Generative AI, Large Language Models, and AI development tools within enterprise-grade solutions.
