About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and real-time streaming data solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
- Architect and implement data lake and warehouse platforms, optimize BigQuery datasets, and support self-service analytics.
- Implement automated data quality, monitoring, error handling, data security, and lifecycle policies for reliable data operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform data services (BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Composer, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Dataform/dbt).
- Proficiency in Python or Java and SQL; experience with Spark/Beam development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- 4+ years of total experience in data engineering or related roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building cloud-native data infrastructure and scalable data pipelines primarily on Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong expertise in data modeling, dimensional modeling, and advanced GCP data services such as Dataplex and Analytics Hub.
- Skilled in automating data quality, monitoring, and lifecycle management with a focus on performance and cost optimization.
