About This Role
- Contribute to the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and support of complex application systems, primarily in HCM enterprise integrations.
- Monitor and control all phases of the development lifecycle while ensuring compliance with security and operational standards.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and coach to junior analysts, advising senior stakeholders on advanced programming solutions and system design.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–8 years of relevant software engineering and applications development experience, preferably in Financial Services or complex global enterprises.
- 3–4 years hands-on experience with enterprise HCM suites, preferably Workday, including integration development and configuration.
- Minimum 3 years experience with integration technologies: XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, Web Services (REST / SOAP / WSDL), and Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing and maintaining enterprise HCM integrations, especially with Workday products and tools.
- Capable of working autonomously with limited supervision, demonstrating judgment in risk assessment and compliance adherence.
- Skilled in problem solving, root-cause analysis for batch and real-time data flows, and communicating technical issues clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
