About This Role
- Own full-stack software development including design, coding, testing, and delivering enterprise applications in an Agile environment.
- Collaborate within Agile teams to meet sprint goals, ensuring code quality and adherence to modern cloud-native development practices.
- Influence software architecture decisions and contribute to defining technical and team standards aligned with broader technical strategy.
Minimum Requirements
- 9+ years of professional experience in Java software development.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and Oracle databases.
- Experience in cloud-native development with container orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
- B.Tech/B.Engg degree or equivalent work experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in full lifecycle Agile software delivery with deep knowledge of Microservices architectures and REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Proven ability to contribute to and influence software architecture and technical standards.
- Prior experience mentoring or leading developer teams and engaging with broader technical communities.
