About This Role
- Serve as primary contact for HR inquiries, managing case resolution within SLAs using ServiceNow.
- Process HR transactions ensuring compliance with global processes and data confidentiality.
- Support maintenance and improvement of HR knowledge base and participate in HR system and process projects involving Workday and related tools.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 6 years experience in Tier 1 HR operations, case management, and Workday data administration.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work afternoon shifts.
- Work Experience Required: 4 to 6 years in relevant HR operations roles.
