About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for Bluetooth Classic and BLE focusing on audio-related features including Classic/BLE audio streaming, HFP calling, and LE Audio.
- Debug and resolve firmware, integration, and interoperability issues in resource-constrained, real-time embedded environments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, participate in design/code reviews and Bluetooth qualification, and mentor junior engineers within the Bluetooth R&D team.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of experience in embedded firmware or wireless software development.
- Strong experience in embedded C/C++ firmware development, real-time systems, Bluetooth Classic and BLE including audio profiles.
- Experience with memory- and power-optimized embedded solutions and wireless coexistence (CoEx) concepts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive embedded Bluetooth firmware projects from design through release in fast-paced iterative environments.
- Strong core knowledge of Bluetooth audio-related profiles and real-time embedded system constraints with focus on performance and power optimization.
- Experience with modern development practices including automation, scripting, and AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
